How wonderful it is to be able to share a very small part of our lives and the story that brings us here. We were married in February 2006, and give thanks to our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus for the opportunity to share our lives and this is how it goes. After managing a souvenir gift store in Denali, Alaska in 2007, we dreamt of a web-store of our own. A virtual retail outlet, open 24/7, filled with Native American art and hand-crafted items from all over the country. It would be wonderful to have something in our web-store from every Native American Tribe and nation. The next part of the dream is to open a retail store in Alaska, accompanied by an RV park with a pancake pavilion, to sell Native American arts & hand crafts, during the tourist season of May 15 through September 15. That time allows us the opportunity to view new product, make new contacts, and purchase new product. Our drive back to the lower 48, would include meeting new vendors to purchase their Native American arts and hand craft products to post on our web and in-store, BY NATIVE HAND. Our “About the Artist” section will feature the artist biography and a photo of each Native American vendor at work creating their art and hand crafted items, BY NATIVE HAND. |
